We recently moved to manteca from the East Bay, and were looking for a vet for our two dogs. This place has great reviews, so I figured I'd give them a shot. I was very pleased with their service. Great Doctors, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. No need to look any further if you're looking for a great clinic for your pet.
I called Central and got a complimentary exam and was given estimate for dental and extractions . It was very reasonable. Dr Raj was very knowledgeable and had very good bedside manners.
Dr raj and all the staff at Central Valley, has always taken amazing care of our fur babies. The staff up front has always been warm and welcoming. I give a lot of credit to these girls, because it's usually busy there but they still get us taken care of as fast as they can and still with a smile all while answering at least 10 phone calls in between! Now to Dr. Raj and the technicians, they have always been thorough and they don't just try to gouge me for money. They always give us all our options and price accordingly, which trust me is very reasonable compared to so many other vets I've taken our pets to. Dr. Raj is very good at explaining to us the findings of his exams and he's very compassionate when working with them. It never feels like I'm at a car dealership where everyone is trying to sell me stuff, it's not like that all. Other vets I've been to always want to upsell their products such as flea control, shampoo, etc.
My dog is 2 weeks into dental and he was s chewing his dental bonds like a puppy. I am very satisfied and happy that I found this vet.
Next I dropped off my pet around 9 am and was received very pleasantly . I was given pick up time of 5 pm.

My dog had an infected mass on her leg... they were able to remove the mass the same day.
Took my cat in because he was lethargic, wouldn't walk and had white gums. After a blood test and Cat HIV the Dr. still couldn't diagnose my cat. he saw a slight raise in his blood work numbers and went straight to diagnose him with possible Kidney Failure even though his levels were not that high. I opted for a Urine analysis and took him home. They did not say he wouldn't make it through the night. Two hours later the cat was in complete neurological system failure. I took him to Stockton to the 24 Hour vet where they diagnosed that he was dying from Rat Poison. It was too late and he had to be put asleep. The Dr. ignored all the signs a IMO went for the easy diagnosis. I was in the Vet twice and he was progressively getting worse. I will not go back.
All in all after trying so desperately to find a vet where I felt comfortable with AND was cost efficient I've finally found it and I'll never take my pets anywhere else.
All the staff was great! They all seemed concerned and that they cared about all the animals and their people.
When I arrived for pickup office was a little bit busy but Hayley took care of my discharge quickly and professionally.
I wish I could give 10 stars!
