We really love this store! It's great for finding food for picky eaters and lots of dog/cat treats, crickets, beds and just about anything you will need for your animal who's now your family member! Great dog trainers with weekly classes (I really like the Dog Trainer Ashley at the Stockton 8-Mile Road) and an abundance of supplies. ☺ They also have birds, fish, fluffly rodents and everything needed to keepthem safe, comfortable, and above all.... Healthy! I also really like their new promotion of "buy food and we will donate cat/dog food". Pretty good deal.
The staff is very friendly. The store is clean. The grooming staff is kind and patient. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Only place I go for my pets needs.
The animals there are well taken care of. I get all of my crabs from here and I get my dog groomed here all of the time.
Staff is always available to help and answer any questions about pet food and pets. They carry a great assortment of pet foods, and on many occasions, Manufacturer Representatives are in the store to answer questions and guide customers to the right pet food;, even if it's not the brand they are their representing. I love this pet food Store!!!
Waste of my time. This place is terrible because when I made my grooming appointment online, I booked it for 5 PM, and then on the day of my appointment they called to say that they need it 2 hours earlier because there are too many dogs. So I bring my dog in early and then they come up with the excuse that she was "stressed", and couldn't commit to the appointment. So after I went out of my way to take my dog to get groomed, they cancel it. After I had to take my dog back, I pet her for a minute or so and she calmed down. All the employees had to do was just TRY and calm my dog down for a minute and we could've gotten the appointment going. It was very urgent that my dog get groomed. If the employees were actually as devoted to their jobs, they could go one minute out of their way to destress my dog. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. Waste of my time.
