The service was okay on a good day but the staff always seemed in a rush and not attentive at all. I personally do not recommend this place!
Every staff member greeted you with respect with no wait time for each appt. I asked and was given exercises for home. I would highly recommend Golden Bear Physical Therapy for anyone.
Well 5 stars will have to do, google wouldn't let me leave a second review and 10 stars wasn't an option. This is hands down the best physical therapy I have had. I herniated 3 disks in my lumbar and if I didn't get good physical therapy I would need multiple back surgeries. I was tentative when Eddie adjusted my hips on the first day but it relieved pressure on my back immediately. He and Loreli diagnosed my complex muscular imbalances with confidence and they have been completely on point with all of their analysis. The staff has been extremely well trained. Gus,Tyler and Martha have been very clear and attentive. I always get a great workout followed by a really advanced massage from loreli. She has put 4 months of physical effort into releasing my muscle spasms. It has seriously impressed me how many tricks she has up her sleeve! The whole staff is always friendly and supportive, its exactly what you want when your going through an injury. The great results Iv gotten have completely exceeded my expectations! These guys go above and beyond! I have had so many physical therapists in my day, some were good and some were bad. But the team at golden bear is on a completely different level from anything Iv experienced!
