Great place but would give it 5 stars but the homeless people ruin it like they ruin everything
The bathrooms are gross! Fields are terrible and dangerous.
Most days are enjoyable to sit & have lunch and play off the food afterwards.
It was nice and quite and safe
Good place for an occasional bday party if u get a good spot. Can get crowded and lots of cars zooming by on union one of the busiest streets in manteca
