My husband has been a patient at this hospital twice in the last year and a half. The staff, nurses, and doctors have been excellent! We have been very pleased with their knowledge, professionalism and care. We thank you and god bless you all!
I never take the time to post reviews online but let me tell you, this place is a joke! Brought my husband into ER around 5am. His pain level was an 8. The nurse put on IV on him and gave him pain meds which did not help and then hours later the doctor came in and basically said that it's just a virus. Can someone please tell me what virus causes such bad pain like you are getting stabbed in the stomach over and over again? Then all the nurses are surrounding the nurses station talking so loudly about their personal lives and how miserable they are being here right now! Are you kidding me! Still haven't been checked on for 2+hrs. When I went to ask what was taking so long for discharge they told me the doctor will be in here shortly....there goes another hr of no one. I really hope that no one with life threatening injurys or symptoms comes to this place because these doctors do not seem like they are in this career because they care, more so just for the paycheck.
I've never had a bad experience there. Always been treated well by staff who have shown honest concern and doctors are very capable in numerous areas and have pleasant "bedside manners". Most of my visits have been very early mornings. Those hours, i assume, could make anyone more tired and appear less concerned, but they are not, in my experience at Doctors Hospital of Manteca.
I want to thank Dr Mowery and nurse Danny very much for the wonderful and personal attention we recieved from you,here at the ER at Doc Hospital of Manteca you both are an asset ,you both have made an improvement here iv never got such exellent care as I did here,with dr mowery,hes got the best bed side manners and care thank you so much,janet&garrysmith
The staff was nice to me.. I'm not gonna say they weren't but definitely disorganized. This facility is old and way too small for a city the size of Manteca and it's dirty. The room they put me in had penny-size drops of blood on the floor and all little flying insects buzzing around and landing on me! The doctor was rude and unprofessional in my opinion. He wore a mask over his face like I have plague or something? He had an accent and wasn't speaking very loudly so I could barley understand him. They'd be better off letting patients just stay in their vehicles and the doctor can come around to your car and talk to you there since he's SO worried about germs
