I think the people that work in this store are rude or that they are stuck up
They have a great selection of home furnishings and decor. Good selection of clothing and shoes but they are usually disorganized and hard to find specific sizes. The lines are usually long and they do not have enough cashiers.
The public restroom is filthy!! There is no toilet paper, paper towels, or soap. When we let the store manager know, she said they get cleaned every night. Which i find hard to believe. This store has gone way down from the employees to the overall cleanliness of the store. There's no excuse for a filthy restroom especially when you keep it locked, and buzz people in. You guys can learn from American tire of manteca, their bathroom was exceptionally clean, they care about their customers. Ross corporate must not have any oversight of their stores, or maybe they just dont care either.

They have a pretty good variety they looked a little under stock today.. but for the most part Great Deals the Deals are good..
